today finally get an off day after contiune workin Spilt-shif for 6 day. rest for the next two days too. yesterday and monday manage to go to western side and learn some a la cart order. quite intersting but the important thing is can learn new thing. the menu got many varity of food example: international, local. and the price is not cheap. at one time there is a list of order to do busy until cannot take a breath. after learning so much in the process finally gain some knowledge about cooking what my sous chef had say yesterday. hope to learn as much as possible.
