Damm... today wake up at 9 plus can't really get to sleep for too long since entlist to NS. wake up use computer to check result and news abt gaming stuff. around 2 pm when out to meet my secondary sch frenz hang out at cck till 4 to 5 plus before going to my other frenz house to check something. stay quite long at his house jus seeing movie. abt 8 plus left his house then accompany my frenz go coffee shop but some how he saw somthing which is something PS, then we left the coffee shop without eating any food. then reach home go bath then use computer till this time.going to doze off in a few min time. JUS can't get use to the time here and NS. somthing no right abt that.. recall the history, look into it and you will find the answer in the history.

yesterday was too insane as we had NPD Training at Nee soon camp. weather was quite cool and the sun is not too hot. we march around the parade square for 2 round while holding HK MP5 in our hand. hand feel like no energy after 2 round of marching. it was all about marching as we had a city march later on this year. due to some thing on at nee soon we manage to had a 2 week off. but everything has a price. we need to book in on sunday where else if we had training we can book in on monday. but nvm still can manage to enough rest. so see you。今天不知明天事。:)

today is the day that i no need to book in but everythin has a price to paid. every Sat need to report back before 8.30am. yesterday was the worst day i ever have. standing at the hot sun for 35min. sweat like water running down the stream. jus needed to perform at National Day Parade 09 doing all the weapon drill and foot drill. i am selected for the marching continent for this year NPD. life will be tough, road will be narrow for us and time will shorter . but is all about endurance and gaining experience in once in a lifetime. No pain No gain. so prepare for the worst to come. but hope i can had a good rest during this few days. 万事起头难。往成功的道路迈进。

Received instructions that I need to march for the national day parade this year. Quite good cos I can watch "The Legend of Condor Heroes" on sat and sun. Always have to rush back to camp on time, if not kena punishment, so no time to watch at all. Anyway, my mother said I can buy the vcd to watch. Haha.

Ohh...... what a great moment to enjoy... a brand new computer... lastest version, lastest brand. therefore ppl say u need a great stuff, u had to pay yrs price. indeed this computer cost me S$795. the com is recommended by my aunt. althought the speed is high, but only got one drive unlike the old one which had two drive. hoping this com can last long... kk, use com whole day le, dont want to use alr, so see you again... signing off ....

Nothing to blog, cos busy with the final project. Sian, need to do lots of writing and photo taking. Then, still need to design the powerpoint, to make it presentable. Waste ink, but lucky the ink was refilled.
Now, the economic is bad, so no job for me. Everyday stay at home and do nothing. Somemore, my computer's ram got problem, cant use the computer for too long or else it will hang. Damn irritating.
Actually, wanted a laptop badly, but after discussing with mother and sister, we decided to buy new computer's ram first, then next time my sister will sponsor me a laptop. HAHA! :)

WOA... long time nv come blog le. too busy for the past few weeks/days.
today off, after workin 5 days straight. very tired during the 5 days did not get much sleep. hoping that tomor not need to wake up early but haiz... work 7am for this week. today off day quite boring nth to do at home and except using the com. 1 thing that i looking forward is football manager2009 is comin at nov. more feature is comin out in the new FM09 and the FM08 is history. hoping can get it free from my soccer team frenz. haiz.. while waiting for FM09 no choice but to play Fm08 for the time being lol. ready looking to it. sometime betting more u lose. bet less u win. quite strange for the past few days keep losing money to singapore pools. bet two match manage to win 1 altogether 15 dollar. haiz next time less bet so won't lose money to SP.

Today is my most HOT, ANGRY F**K day. morning start work at 7am. around 9plus a customer come and order A omelette.after i cook finish he order again!!!WTF he thinkin i got 2 pan to use but he freakin wasting my time down there. cooking again. btw i am angry of the old exhaust it do nothing except making the bloody sound it can't suck the smoke. then nv mind i hold my temper continue doing the thing. at the end of the operation i rush in to the chiller to get some cool air to cool down. dun want to say anymore. if not more angry sia..... see you again

second day of off. later going to cut hair(too long le) morning as usual wake up at 11:30 use computer to surf the net as well as doing research on food and different cuisine of the world. time manage to pass as fast as i thought. lunch time cook myself a chinese style mee. quite ok la. but too much dark soya sauce it become to salty. then finish my lunch go to greenridge to cut hair. when reach there need to wait for queue. even thought today no ppl but to my surprise still need to wait. after cutting my hair reach home play football manger. around 1700 xavier call me to meet him at my house downstair to talk talk as very long nvr meet liao so meet up wit him talk until 1800plus then go home for dinner. around 2000 he called me to come down to go plaza see uncle sam as very long nearly 3 month nvr see him le. when upon reaching home saw our "grandma" so talk with her for a while then go home. here am i when blogging at 23:00 see you again.

early morning no need to wake up so early so can sleep longer. wake up around 11:45. use computer until 1500 then go watch tv.around 1800 go bath then had a quick dinner after that continue using the com until 1:45am then sleep.

Today such as cool day. raining in the afternoon till night. but today other then weather there is something that surprise me...>> today lunch only 16pax. WTH so less ppl. but the main objective is U see me, i see you. lunch start at 12 to 1400 but when upon reaching 1300 ppl start to leave the restaurant. when 1330 only 5 to 6 customer damm boring. but lucky time files very fast. so after 1400 clear all the stuff. then waiting to go home cause end work at 1600. so during 1500 to 1600 go cold kitchen do some dessert for dinner which contain 126pax. after that robert come and bring some Macdonald for us to eat. around 1700 go downstair talk talk.. but damm freak is raining heavy later how to go home? haiz so wait until 1800 the rain stop so quicky leave the hotel for home sweet home. now blogging 21:30 see ya

finally start work at 7am end at 5pm. so happy that can come back home to rest. after a long week workin to 10pm.. today will be the best day i ever have. working in the western kitchen is not as easy as i thought. today can hear the chef scolding ppl, rushing here and there. the reson is because that is a lack of food during morning operation buffet. n there is no runner so the chef went out by then the food is finishing soon. so the chef ask me to fire up my thing and go out and do runner. after using that tone i knew that he is in rage so i double up my speed. also today is not my smooth day. keep on forget to clear away the thing after use not like the last time. today the chef keep advising me to throw but keep forgeting haiz. then somemore forget to wear glove while handling food not the usual of me. hope tomor can be a better day for me.

today wake up early in the morning around 10 usually 11 but to see olympic. watch until 12 then start to use com. tomor going to CMPB for army checkup. dunno need to wait when reach there??haiz lot of headaches. off day so fast going to end soon day seem nowday time very fast to come and very fast to go. hope tomor can finish medicine checkup asap. now doing attachment can't really play soccer every sunday. hope can get sunday off next week . today finally get an off day after contiune workin Spilt-shif for 6 day. rest for the next two days too. yesterday and monday manage to go to western side and learn some a la cart order. quite intersting but the important thing is can learn new thing. the menu got many varity of food example: international, local. and the price is not cheap. at one time there is a list of order to do busy until cannot take a breath. after learning so much in the process finally gain some knowledge about cooking what my sous chef had say yesterday. hope to learn as much as possible.

today wake up at 10am to prepare to go back school to lend rafie the soccer boot reach sch around 11plus.. after that come back home. cook lunch myself nth special jus some veg, seafood and some noodles. after eating use the com... until 4 plus go BPP to buy some thing for work 2moro.then, return home for dinner. tomor work 7am to 2230. hours damm long. look like a full-time chef. but never still can learn thing from the chef and enjoy the day. that all. see you..

hooray tomor start work at 9am new time slot... but end at 10:30pm then tuesday also same. but lucky we only work 5 day only.. so got two day off and a birthday off that is comin this wednesday.. dunno where to go during two off day which is thursday and friday... haiz.... so good that no need to work 5am again. ltr going to soccer traning at 2:30pm.... haiz prepare night to fall.

today can say is a quite busy day.. morning until afternoon workin non stop.. customer keep comin in.. today around 9 plus a gang of guest start to enter the restuarant. out of no where jus turn around full house...WTH... guest keeping ordering food example: eggs, harsh brown and etc.. work until crazy...then when come to afternoon is also the same.. mostly family with 5 to 6 ppl.. hiaz feelin tired after work. but still manage to go for a drink after work with the chef.. talk, talk then go home.. tomor nv work super good cause can go soccer traning..

today wake up at 4:00am. reach the hotel around 4:45 then go change to prepare to start a new days. first go do the set up of egg station then go pastry do thing. around 6 resturant open so jus stand outside to wait for customer to place their order. nearly 9:00 then crowds started to come but jus a short period of time until the crowd left. around 10:25 start to clear up then go express lounge to clear the food.after clearing start to do mise-en place for tomor morning use. after that go help the chef to run the restuarant nearly 1pm then go to eat then home sweet home.. today was the most relaxing day since my first day of work.. so isit Cool man....
太好了，从下个月开始每个星期自做五天。

Today is the last day of our 2 day orientation.. quite boring...
today orientation is all about the hotel benefits, HACCP, policy, fire safety and viewing of rooms at the hotel. actually holiday inn had renovate throughout for the past few years.. everything is changing. even the rooms, kitchen, restaurant, ballroom and even front desk. after knowing more abt this hotel. i get to know how this hotel layout is all abut and how they operate... every building in orchard near istana cannot be over 8 floor or higher cause they is a president place. so whatever things happen we will not know.. even on the rooftops we can't see too. the hotel has 312 guest rooms. but will increase after the renovation is done maybe after this year. the rooms will be better than any 5 star hotel.. more luxury, nicer view, comfortable..... after listen and attending this orientation i feel i get to know the hotel more and a safe place to be... so i will continue on my journey tomor (workin) so dunno when has the free time again..Sign off.

Finally The Day i been waitin 4 so long has finally come.
25days workin until that so busy that cannot find time for me to use com. during the 25 days manage to get off but still no time. schedule too busy this month. >>>
During this 23days (25minus 2 days(off) workin in different time slot (first 5 days 5am-- 1 pm
then follow by 12pm--8pm.) in the morning shif is quite tiring need to wake up at 4 where-else in the afternoon shif u can manage to wake up late. but overall the Outcome is the same >> Work (attachment)...

today start off with morning... wake up at 7am prepare to go for orientation at holiday inn before going, meet up with robert at plaza singapura for morning breakfast, around 7:40 leave the house and wait for the bus for 15 min(long...long) then reach plaza sin around 8:35am (25min before the orientation start) quite rushing.. after eating rush down to the hotel..reach there around 9:07am. then when we reach there lucky haven start yet.. still got some time to spare...
it kick off with a introduce to all the newcomer this month around (17ppl ) then contine the topic of the hotel vision and misson, hotel chain, ISO22000, policy of employee, 5 winning goals and etc.... quite boring until 12 plus we go to window on the peak for lunch. quite delicious and luxury. eat alot at there cause food is nice then around 2 plus the general manager come to talk to us... after talking we had games(the amazing race)(adversting holiday inn)(buliding straw structure)and etc... after doing and listen manage to surive though the first day of the orientation. around 5pm plus home sweet home... tomor had to continue haiz......

>> finally attachment begin.. start work at 9am to 5pm. mornin meet up with robert then go together to holiay inn. when we reach there, we go and take our uniform then meet up with the human resource. after meeting she bring us around the hotel for viewing to know more about the hotel layout.. after then go to the kitchen to cut some vegtables. after cutting we go to see the doctor for our body ckeckup.. veri.. the long lor.. too many ppl. we wait until 2pm++ then go back to the hotel. then meet up with the executive chef to know more about out attachment. after finsh meeting up with the chef. slack slack around to wait for time to past to go home. haiz tomor start work at 5am.. must wake up early...

second day of attachment>> today first day start to work.. wake up in the mornin 3:45am then take cab go down.. reach there around 4:35am then change and go look for the chef. as usual as school run a resturant... go prepare food for mornin breakfast. 6am reaching go outside action station to stand. my station is cooking omelette, fried egg and scrambled eggs. any guest wan i cook for them. quite busy in the morning about 9am to 10 am.. finally 10:30 come... resturant close liao... clear all the stuff for the lunch prepare at 12pm... reaching 11 the chef bring me to the express lounge to clear the food as well.. after clearing go for break until 1300 then go home but i did'nt go home i stay back and learn some more thing until 1500 then go find xavier, vic , xiao yu, raf...

same thing as tuesday but today quite relax cause no so many guest.. and i know one chef call yves.. he was so good very friendly. chit-chat a lot wit him during operation time. talk until forget the time to close.but he leaving the hotel next year. hope to work under him.......

>>>yesterday go to sentosa instead od wild wild wet... cause www never open so we decide to go sentosa. upon reaching sentosa. me, teck lai, xavier, victor, yan and rafi start to play beach volleyball...then the girl (hwee kheng, jess, jasmine and nik) go change first then join us. then we have a match the lose team must treat the winner team drink.. haiz... our team lose but we play quite well. after playing so long under the sun... it time to go for a cool down so we all jump into the sea and play.... after 1 hrs we decide to go makan.... the food was quite nice that was make by teck lai...

after eating we decide to play beach soccer... then we also play who is the best keeper and best scorer in the end best keeper goes to rafi and best scorer goes to me and teck lai..(nv complete finish.)rafi had a idea.. play soccer game.. we take our slipppery to be a goal post kick half way... some korea team wan to play with us.. so we take on the challange..there super fast... we all cannot catch up with them.. there also very cb wan lo... play leg keep on kicking our leg instead of the ball but in the end we all play rough in the end we manage to win them by one goal... after then we go for a shower then go Vivo eat until 11Plus then home sweet home

Ltr at 14:30Pm going for soccer traning at jelepang near greenridge shooping ctr... we had play for almost 2 year le... last year we enter into the adonai league.. play against all the stronge team but we manage to win a few but lost... haiz cause that is the first time we playing we manage to get some experencie but this year we never took part cause many of our team mate going for NS. so i hope we will enter the tourment next year to comlete against team. N also revenge for those team who we trash us...

Haiz.... veri tired after coming back from frenz chalet.... playing mahjong all night till 3-4 am then watch movie till 4:30 watch haf ways fall asleep....>>> morning 8:30 wake up.... packing back to go home... then victor, yan, rafi, wake up except xavier and sunny still sleeping in the bed... then ken distur xavier by putting the ice cream cone on xavier nipple.....(all of us were laughing) but xavier did'nt feel anything still in the dream.... At 10:00 watch Kidz central (veri childish....)but quite intersting.. see pokemon, ben 10..... after watching book out of the room, then take bus 12 go bugis then change bus to go back bukit panjang. then the bus freaking long........ then change bus at bugis haf way fall asleep at the bus lucky nv miss..reach home lie in the bed then wake up around 7 to see channel 8 show...
